I love watching awards ceremonies like last nights Oscars 2017 celebration, mostly to see the pre-show of the red carpet, and see all the fashion, and of course illustrating it and sharing it .
I overheard someone comparing the Oscars as the Superbowl for the fashion girls and it is so true. There are so many beautiful dresses and details, that choosing who are the best dressed actresses and models, is like seeing who gets to be MVP. This year there where many gold dresses, many whites. Here are some of my favorites picks of the best dressed ladies.
Above, Emma Stone wearing custom gold Givenchy fringy number. Below, Hailee Steinfield wearing a romantic sheer and cutely ornamented with scallops and embroided flowers by Ralph & Russo. Another gold dressed beauty was Jessica Biel, wearing a sequined Kaufman Franco, and last but not least model Karlie Kloss wearing a beautiful and simple gown all white with a cape from Stella McCartney, accessorized by a powerful and simple royal blue ribbon to support the ACLU.
