Last week I had the chance to go to one of J.Crew’s Style Sessions at the store on Lincoln Road. The idea for this events is to have one of the specialty associates style you with head to toe J.Crew’s new fall collection.
As I’m a stylist myself I got to play dress up and checked out the new collection along some other local bloggers.
Everytime I think of J. Crew I think of a very pull together look and being Fall, I styled a mixed pattern layered outfit great for those 65 degrees and beyond (see below).
J. Crew is know for its craftsmanship and preppyness of their clothing, but I was very surprised by the array of high heel shoes on display which had a great finish quality and they where very comfortable. In my mind they only made flats & oxfords and such, so having an option to complete their outfits was good.
Here are the pieces I selected for my outfit, scroll down to see the finish product and let me know what you think:
Silk boy blouse in tossed hearts | Etta Suede Pumps in Wild Beet | Pixie Pant with tuxedo leather stripe in charcoal | Painted jewel sweatshirt in gray | Stretch Boucle Jacket
OMG I’n in love and the Red Pumps give it the final touch to die for this look! Amazing!!!!
LOVE !!!! Your styling of this outfit!
Gotta love J.Crew.

Thank you!
I love this look! and the sweater with jeweled detailing is one of my favorites from the J Crew fall collection!
How cute are you? I was very sad I missed this.
One of my co-workers has that heart blouse – it’s the perfect staple.
