Lately I’ve found myself doing too many things. Between work, blogging, archery, going out to events, going out with friends, life has been busy. As Monday morning comes my schedule starts empty, by noon I have to be switching up people and cancelling others as my time has been fully occupied once more for that entire week.
I love my fast paced life, but from time to time I do need to slow it down and take a break (Which I really don’t do enough). I’ve started to add to my daily routine 45 minutes of me time. Whether it is by going to get a Mani-Pedi or just take a long walk around the golf course it’s a moment that I have for myself where I can breathe and not think about anything. It’s my me-time.
Do you have me-time? Let me know what you do?
