With my really busy and hectic lifestyle a vacation it is always a must. Even if its just to be out for a few days outside of work/blog etc. I recently went to Las Terrenas, one of my favorite beach towns in the Dominican Republic. I stayed in this amazing modern villa, located 10 min away from the beach, on a private hill. I spent time getting some needed R&R, hanging by the pool with a sangria in my hand with my best friend Margaret. I call this the perfect Caribbean beach getaway weekend.
Laura Manara sent me this embroided hooded kaftan in terry cloth from their Resort 2015 collection. I loved wearing it around the pool , the fabric is so soft and comfy, and I adored the Mediterranean style/color motifs.
